Lynn is the official memory bank of IHM. She started with the firm in 1998, and some contend that she remembers things from meetings she didn’t even attend! Throughout her career at IHM, Lynn’s attention to detail and expertise in media analysis, website development, publicity and community programming, event planning, print production, and direct mail have served her clients well. “I love pulling together all the details of a campaign so it is turn-key for the client,” says Lynn. She is able to manage complex, customized marketing plans for her clients with a combination of commitment to quality and everyday practicality.
Prior to joining IHM, Lynn’s background included managing accounts, supervising staff, and leading customer service initiatives at a medical instrument manufacturer, a pharmaceutical healthcare company, and a leading international business forms manufacturer.
Lynn graduated from the University of Connecticut, with a BA in French and a minor in Marketing. She spent her junior year studying in Rouen, France and continues to love travel. Lynn lives in Litchfield, CT, with her husband and two teenage daughters. She’s an avid cook and enjoys exploring new food trends with local foods. She’s an active member of her community serving on the board of trustees of the Oliver Wolcott Library and as a member of The Litchfield Garden Club. |
