In-House Marketing LLC principal Wendy Gladstein has announced that Rachel Harrington will be moving into the position of Internet Marketing Manager. Harrington, who has been with the agency for more than three years, had unofficially become the go-to person for all things internet. "Since Rachel joined us, she has shown not just a keen interest in on-line marketing but also a fearless and intuitive approach to integrating it into campaigns for our clients."

Harrington already has been responsible for launching a number of client websites, and has developed integrated on-line and off-line campaigns that combine landing pages with traditional and on-line advertising. She is also responsible for managing a number of social networking sites for clients and for the agency. In her new position, Harrington will be able to focus more on this type of work, and team with each account manager on projects that involve internet marketing - be it a website, a social site or on-line advertising. Harrington will also focus on expanding the agency's capabilities in strategic email marketing and metrics programs.
