IHM helps Develop and Launch iPhone App and Texting Feature for Windham Hospital’s Emergency Department.

With the help of In-House Marketing, Windham Hospital, has launched an iPhone app as well as an ERTexting feature that will provide the community with the wait time for emergency room visits at their facility in Willimantic. The online ED wait time products were developed in cooperation with the Windham Hospital Information Technology division,
In-House Marketing, Bobcopy and various software companies.
In addition to the ED Wait time, the app features general hospital information, directions, phone numbers and a list of what to bring to an ED visit. The App can be downloaded from the Apple store.
Texting feature was launched in August and the app was released to the app store on September 2nd.
